Forward Deployed Engineer — KIRHA Health

About the Role

KIRHA builds the runtime that lets AI agents operate inside the most regulated industries, where every action has to be verifiable.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer @ KIRHA Health your job is to capture what domain experts know and turn it into structured context for the models.

You’ll embed directly with strategic Life Sciences customers, turn messy regulatory and business requirements into reusable AI agents, and own those engagements from first call to production.

1 FDE, 10 strategic accounts. That ratio only works because KIRHA’s Trust runtime does the heavy lifting.

You own the last mile. In logistics that’s the hardest part of the chain. Here it’s also the most defensible: it’s what turns infrastructure into a verifiable, deployed agent.

Key Responsibilities

Lead onboarding & activation of new customers in Life Sciences (Pharma, CRO, HEOR, Medical Devices)
Prompt your way from customer requirements to deployed KIRHA AI agents
Serve as the primary technical point of contact during pilots and early deployments
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap based on customer feedback
Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful deployment and adoption
Support pre-sales and solution design with commercial teams when needed

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Sales or Product in a high-growth tech environment
AI fluency (context, skills, local AI)
Experience in pharma, healthcare or biotech preferred
Comfortable in early-stage, fast-moving environments
Strong communication skills (technical and client-facing)
Technical background (engineering, data, or analytics)
Experience with APIs, SaaS and enterprise software deployments
Exposure to pharma R&D, clinical workflows, or consulting environments
