About KIRHA

At KIRHA, we help Life Sciences teams turn regulatory hurdles into an unfair advantage. We build AI agents for the industry’s most demanding workflows: our Clinical Coding agent speeds up drug time-to-market, our PV/REG agents accelerate pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs work, and our Clinical Decision Support agent assists clinicians inside CE-marked medical devices.

Each agent already has a paying pilot customer, including a patient monitoring platform and a CRO.

Your job is to help turn these pilots into repeatable revenue.

About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO to turn KIRHA’s go-to-market strategy into customer conversations and market visibility.

We’ll execute a dedicated commercial playbook for each AI agent: build target-account lists, run personalized outreach, collect market feedback, and improve messaging. You’ll also help tell KIRHA’s story through founder-led content, product launches, customer stories, and PR.

At six people, “Chief of Staff” is not a coordination role. You will be expected to build and execute alongside the founders. Once we crack a repeatable GTM motion, the role will naturally expand into broader company operations and could evolve into a COO position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, track, and report the company’s key commercial and operating metrics
  • Build and maintain target-account lists for each KIRHA AI agent
  • Run highly personalized LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Prepare customer meetings, sales materials, and follow-ups
  • Turn market feedback into better messaging, content, and commercial assets
  • Draft LinkedIn posts, launch announcements, customer stories, and PR materials
  • Coordinate the external GTM agency we work with (think Bulldozer): they design the per-agent GTM plan, you own the in-house execution

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a startup, growth, consulting, founder’s associate, product marketing, or business operations role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Can ship slides with taste
  • Strong commercial instincts and an interest in enterprise sales
  • Comfortable researching and contacting senior decision-makers
  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, or biotech preferred
  • Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
  • High agency, attention to detail, and strong follow-through

Please reach out even if you don’t tick all boxes. Motivation, judgment, and raw intelligence matter more than experience.

What We Offer

  • Join the founding team as employee #6, with strong upside
  • Significant ownership
  • €70,000–€90,000 + 0.5–1% equity
  • Flexible remote working policy
