Kirha Monthly Recap — November 2025
November 30, 2025 - Pierre Hay

A month of breakthroughs across tech, data infrastructure and Enterprise deployments. This month has been one of the most productive in Kirha’s journey. Our engineering, product and business teams pushed forward on multiple fronts: deeper infrastructure upgrades, new data verticals, improved reliability for agentic workflows, and meaningful traction on the enterprise side. Here is a breakdown of what we shipped, what we improved, and what’s coming next.

1. What We Shipped

X402 : Kirha on Coinbase Bazaar

Micropayments for AI agents are inevitable. Subscriptions come with too much economic inefficiencies and frictions when it comes to acquiring context. Data must flow effortlessly with full transparency. AI agents should be omniscient. The attention that x402 is getting validates our vision. You can now pay for premium context at the granularity of the data points without a Kirha account. Being early on protocols often carries a challenge or two. Read the dev story.

This is a major step toward scalable micropayments for autonomous agents.

MCP Metadata Migration to Neo4j

To improve semantic tool discovery and pre-filtering, we migrated our MCP metadata graph into Neo4j.

This gives us:

  • richer relationships between tools
  • faster semantic search
  • better tool pre-selection before planning
  • groundwork for graph-based visualization of agent tool ecosystems

This migration significantly enhances deterministic tool routing. Discover the network

New Cybersecurity & OSINT Vertical

Kirha now supports a new vertical dedicated to cybersecurity and threat intelligence, powered by Shodan and AbuseIPDB.

This gives agents access to:

  • IP reputation
  • vulnerability scans
  • exposed services
  • high-risk indicators
  • threat scoring

There’s significant potential for LLMs to drive crypto, cybersecurity, and OSINT-based investigations to identify and freeze attacker assets.

Deterministic Tool Planning with EigenAI

We improved reliability in agent workflows through deterministic tool planning in collaboration with EigenAI. This upgrade reduces randomness, increases reproducibility and ensures that the same input consistently triggers the same tool chain—critical for production-grade agent deployments. Already powering insurance fraud detection.

Kirha Local Tool Planning (Qwen-8B Fine-tuning)

Privacy is a core requirement for enterprise. We began fine-tuning a Qwen-8B to build a fully local tool planner for Enterprise to never leak a single prompt.

This means:

  • no data leaves their infrastructure
  • zero reliance on OpenAI or Google for tool planning
  • full privacy compliance

Status: in progress, early results look very promising. Soon on HuggingFace.

API: Full Log Tracing from the Dashboard

We added complete log tracing to the Kirha dashboard. Users can now inspect every API request from the dashboard, see tool chains, latency, provenance, cached vs real-time responses and error logs.

This improves transparency, debugging and SLA monitoring for production workflows.

2. Business & Ecosystem Updates

Growing B2B Traction

Kirha continues to gain momentum with enterprises exploring agentic AI. We’ve had highly productive discussions with insurers, financial institutions, cybersecurity companies and AI-native startups seeking reliable access to real-world data. The need for a private, verifiable data layer is clearer than ever.

Event Highlights

Our team participated in multiple AI industry events this month, including:

  • Adopt AI by Artefact
  • MCP Conference at Station F
  • Leboncoin x Alpic

These events allowed us to connect with builders, founders and enterprise teams shaping the future of AI. We showcased demos, exchanged insights and strengthened strategic relationships.

3. Team & Community

New Team Members

We’re excited to welcome two new members in aboard: Adam Rothstein and Nicolas Morel. If you’ve noticed we’ve been way more active on socials lately, that’s thanks to Adam! Nicolas joins us as a forward-deployed engineer, implementing Kirha’s custom real-time data layer for Enterprise clients—working closely like an Account Manager to ensure our infrastructure meets their needs.

Launching a Builder Community on Discord

We’re preparing the launch of a community Discord for engineers, researchers and AI builders interested in Kirha.

The goal:

  • hands-on demos
  • early access to new verticals
  • technical discussion
  • monthly challenges
  • opportunities to earn Kirha credits

This will be a space dedicated to experimentation and learning.

4. What’s Next

Next month, we’re focusing on:

  • Open Source Kirha Tool Planning fine-tuned SLM (Qwen-8b)
  • expanding the CyberSec vertical with more sources
  • new enterprise integrations
  • keep expanding our MCPs network
  • launching the first version of the Discord community

Closing Thoughts

This month marks a meaningful step forward for Kirha as a foundational layer for agentic systems. From deeper infrastructure upgrades to new verticals and B2B momentum, the direction is clear: reliable, verified, real-world data is becoming a core dependency of AI-driven organizations.

Thank you for building with us.
